Screenplays are written in a format that separates the story into various parts, including scene directions, action, characters, dialogue, and transitions. Take a few minutes to review the sample script. This sample script describes the fundamentals of writing a screenplay.

Assignment Directions
Write an original short screenplay using the standard script format described above.

The script should be at least one complete scene (3 to 5 pages). It must be set in a minimal of three locations. (Different rooms in your home or school can serve as different locations for this assignment.) The script must feature at least two characters and dialogue.

Answers

Having a standard way of communicating allows readers to focus on what really matters rather than trying to decipher a new form each time they read a script.

D. The word "repeat" written underneath it.
THE ANSWER IS B

Answers

The answer is B that is correct

The repeat sign is distinguished by: Two dots placed in the second and third spaces. Thus, option B is the correct option.

What is the repeat sign distinguished by?

The repetition signals used in shape-note singing typically include four dots between each line of the staff. If the repetition occurs at the start of a bar, the equivalent sign to indicate where the repeat comes from is either the same sign inverted or the dots themselves (if it is in the middle of a bar). Just the numbers above the matching bars are used to indicate the first and second ends.

The repetitions supplied for most songs' final few lines are always optional and practically never utilized outside of the final verse spoken. They are usually only given at the beginning of a verse or with numerous lines of text per verse.

What is Renaissance?

Renaissance is a period in European history marking the transition from the Middle Ages to modernity and covering the 15th and 16th centuries, characterized by an effort to revive and surpass ideas and achievements of classical antiquity.

It occurred after the Crisis of the Late Middle Ages and was associated with great social change. In addition to the standard periodization, proponents of a "long Renaissance" may put its beginning in the 14th century and its end in the 17th century. The traditional view focuses more on the early modern aspects of the Renaissance and argues that it was a break from the past, but many historians today focus more on its medieval aspects and argue that it was an extension of the Middle Ages.

The intellectual basis of the Renaissance was its version of humanism, derived from the concept of Roman humanitas.

Explanation:

Athena is the goddess of just war. In other words, she believes in fighting a war if there is a purpose behind it. Ares, Zeus’ and Hera’s obnoxious son, believes in war because he is a warrior and loves conflict. Discuss these two approaches to the concept of war. How is this distinction delineated in the Iliad? How is it delineated in wars that are fought today? Is any war justified? In the Iliad, Achilles, the greatest Greek warrior, sulks the whole time because Agamemnon took his prize girl away. What do you think of this behavior? Is it ironic that such a strapping Greek man would give up his warrior status based on the principle that someone took his prize away? Achilles’ choice is pivotal in the Odyssey. He knows before he leaves the war that he can choose to live a short life and die a hero, or not go to war and live a long and prosperous life. Discuss Achilles’ choice. Do you think that his decision not to fight for so long was a part of his choice to live a long life? Why does he feel so passionate about giving up that choice to avenge his friend Patroclus’ death? What would you choose? A central theme in the dynastic dramas is fate. Because one member in a family angered the gods, the following generations had to suffer the consequences. Discuss the concept of fate. Do you believe in it? Could those characters have done anything proactive to change their fate?

Answers

Answer:

I don't believe in it and they probably could have done something proactive to change their fate.

Explanation:

Answer: The Ancient Greeks' two approaches to war of just fighting and of conflict for conflict sake are very over simplified. Wars always have a reason from at least one side. Ares’ concept of war simply for bloodshed's sake is more about conquest and ego, while Athena’s war based on wisdom is for defense and strategy. In the Iliad, Ares has no true alliance. He first sides with Greeks because they are fighting for revenge and to regain what was stolen. But, after being persuaded by Aphrodite he switches to fighting with the Trojans who are fighting for ego. Athen sides with the Greeks because they are thrust into conflict by the conquest of their queen.

In modern day wars are still fought for ego, conquest, and strategy. Wars for just conflict's sake are still fought by terrorists who are trying to provoke conflict and action for no real tangible reason. I feel some wars are justified, when fighting for one's freedom and life, but all wars are deplorable.

Achilles sulking because Agamemnon took his prize is not at all unusual for that time period. War was business to men like Achilles, and in business you must get paid. The girl was spoils of war and therefore he was entitled to that prize and it should not have been taken away. It can be compared to union workers going on strike for what is owed to them by the company that has hired them.

I believe that his choice to not fight was in part due to being able to live a long life. Even heroic warriors who long to die in battle still want to live. He gave up that choice for his friend because they had a strong bond. Brothers in arms today still have those kinds of close bonds and would lay their life down for one another. I feel I would choose to avenge my friend and brother in arms as well.

I believe that there is a small amount of fate that guides us but, in the end it is our freedom to choose how we live our lives. The characters in the Iliad perhaps the could have appealed to the gods, to help change their fate, but ultimately their actions would have created the same outcomes.

I NEED THIS ASAPMemories of a MemoryHave you ever witnessed something amazing, shocking or surprising and found when describing the event that your story seems to change the more you tell it? Have you ever experienced a time when you couldn't really describe something you saw in a way that others could understand? If so, you may understand why some experts think eyewitness testimony is unreliable as evidence in scientific inquiries and trials. New insights into human memory suggest human memories are really a mixture of many non-factual things.First, memory is vague. Imagine your room at home or a classroom you see every day. Most likely, you could describe the room very generally. You could name the color of the walls, the floors, the decorations. But the image you describe will never be as specific or detailed as if you were looking at the actual room. Memory tends to save a blurry image of what we have seen rather than specific details. So when a witness tries to identify someone, her brain may recall that the person was tall, but not be able to say how tall when faced with several tall people. There are lots of different kinds of "tall."Second, memory uses general knowledge to fill in gaps. Our brains reconstruct events and scenes when we remember something. To do this, our brains use other memories and other stories when there are gaps. For example, one day at a library you go to quite frequently, you witness an argument between a library patron and one of the librarians. Later, when telling a friend about the event, your brain may remember a familiar librarian behind the desk rather than the actual participant simply because it is recreating a familiar scene. In effect, your brain is combining memories to help you tell the story.Third, your memory changes over time. It also changes the more you retell the story. Documented cases have shown eyewitnesses adding detail to testimony that could not have been known at the time of the event. Research has also shown that the more a witness's account is told, the less accurate it is. You may have noticed this yourself. The next time you are retelling a story, notice what you add, or what your brain wants to add, to the account. You may also notice that you drop certain details from previous tellings of the story. With individual memories all jumbled up with each other, it is hard to believe we ever know anything to be true. Did you really break your mother's favorite vase when you were three? Was that really your father throwing rocks into the river with you when you were seven? The human brain may be quite remarkable indeed.
