Answer:
The author uses a simple and objective language, organized in a sequential structure.

Textual structure is how text is organized. In "I, Too, Have a Dream" we can see that the author used a sequential structure. This can be seen because the entire text is organized by a sequence of desires that the author has. audience?
Hello. You did not submit the text to which this question refers, which makes it impossible for this question to be answered, but I will try to help you as best I can.
To answer this question, you will need to read the entire text. However, we can consider that the modern public would be more sympathetic to Gerald, because he presented ideas far ahead of his time, or defended elements that were not common in the society he lived in, but which are, but they are more accepted and normal in the modern society. In other words, we can say that Gerald, presents some element that is not to his public's liking, but that would be acceptable in today's society. But there were a lot of fights and I was very hyper back then. I have ADHD so back then when I was little; I was very hyper and wouldn't stop moving around the place. I always was annoying back then and never seemed to get my homework done at school. I was born at Kaiser Hospital during the year 1996. The first place I lived was on the street Via Harriet and was right next to a train. It was always noisy when the train passed by because it shook the house and scared all the animals. I don’t exactly know the requirements of classes to get into Cal State, but as long as I get my AA degree I should be fine. I am focused on technology and computers; I like to choose classes that can be similar to wiring or soldering. I am not that sure if I would be more focused on computers or wiring, I think an Internship might help me out. I’m still unsure if I just want to work on physical components on the computer. I used to work on computers a lot, but it got boring and I can’t do it as great now. Soldering is interesting for me because I get to repair broken wires, being able to strip a wire. When striping a wire, you get to know how the wire is connected. I think a life event for me is to grab my master’s degree, which is what I’m focused on. That’s like the best degree to get, but it’s really difficult to receive. I wouldn't like going to years and years of education, but it’s totally worth it. Getting a higher degree affects the amount
Read this passage from chapter 5 of The Prince. There are, for example, the Spartans and the Romans. The Spartans held Athens and Thebes, establishing there an oligarchy: nevertheless they lost them. The Romans, in order to hold Capua, Carthage, and Numantia, dismantled them, and did not lose them. They wished to hold Greece as the Spartans held it, making it free and permitting its laws, and did not succeed. So to hold it they were compelled to dismantle many cities in the country, for in truth there is no safe way to retain them otherwise than by ruining them. And he who becomes master of a city accustomed to freedom and does not destroy it, may expect to be destroyed by it, for in rebellion it has always the watchword of liberty and its ancient privileges as a rallying point, which neither time nor benefits will ever cause it to forget. And whatever you may do or provide against, they never forget that name or their privileges unless they are disunited or dispersed, but at every chance they immediately rally to them, as Pisa after the hundred years she had been held in bondage by the Florentines. What is Machiavelli’s secondary purpose in writing this passage? to inform readers about the history of Rome and Sparta and how they built their empires to inform readers about the tactics Sparta and Rome used to hold cities and their effectiveness to persuade readers that a conquering prince must destroy a former republic if he hopes to hold it to persuade readers that a republic will remember freedom and someday rebel against a conqueror

Why is it so effective that the narrator says that "[Rainsford] has new things to learn about fear when considering the beginning of the story?
Answer:
When he heard the sound of the pack of hounds he knew that he now had to fear them. It is effective because we see how he was not frightened or paranoid about the sailor lore or about ship-wreck island (beginning of the story). It gives us new image of him being scared of the animals instead of them being afraid of him.
