Answers

ragtime

Explanation: she is a boss haha the world needs more people like you

The musical style which combined European forms with African rhythms and was usually written for piano is ragtime. Thus, option (C) is the correct answer.

What is ragtime?

Ragtime is a music genre that flourished from the 1890s to the 1910s. Its distinguishing feature is its syncopated or "ragged" beat. Composers like as Scott Joplin, James Scott, and Joseph Lamb popularized ragtime in the early twentieth century.

Ragtime works are primarily written and played for the piano, but the genre has been adapted for a number of instruments and styles.

The genre evolved from folk and minstrel forms and popular dances like as the cakewalk in African American communities in the Southern and Midwestern United States, integrating elements of classical and march music. Ragtime had a huge impact on the evolution of jazz.

Therefore, option C is correct.

In Analytical Cubism, Braque and Picasso depicted objects and figures in various parts and from different perspectives, as this movement was characterized by the de-structuring of the work into parts.

An example of a work of art representing Analytical Cubism is Pablo Picasso's Guernica, which depicts the Spanish Civil War.

Analytical Cubism can be defined then as the analysis of shapes in a flat mode, causing the disruption of visual representation, through the decomposition of objects represented in an artistic work.

The artists used different overlapping and fragmented angles of the object, with the purpose of a conceptual representation. The colors used were shades of grey, beige and brown.

Answers

Answer:

Yes! Advancements in digital technologies led to monumental shifts in most aspects of the music business. Pirating music no longer demanded dubbing tapes and burning CDs. People could download virtually any song they wanted through file-sharing platforms — for free. This caused revenue in the music industry to plummet.

With music's deep connection to the limbic system, people tend to find connections in music through memories. Certain songs have a way of taking you to certain time or a specific place in your life. Because of this, we feel a reminiscent connection to music to go along with the emotions it already arouses in us.

3. The unit says that in film you must show, not tell. Is this always true? When might it be
better to tell rather than show? Explain.

Answers

This phrase "you must show, not tell" means that there was a concept of movies that the story must be told to the audience through actions and videos instead of the author telling the story through verbal voiceovers or dramatizations for the audience to understand.

The screenplay should be so well written that the audience must not need any summarisation o verbal entry, instead, they understand and enjoy what they have been shown.

The trend to change can take several years or decades about the choice of audience.

Answers

Hip hop is described as a distinct yet broad style of dancing consisting of usually fast paced moves. Not only has hip hop and other fast paced dancing impacted society with its energetic movements. Why has hip hop been commercialized? Well, imagine a perfume ad, they’re usually slow paced and calm. Even though these are common ads, they’re set to a specific target audience. Meanwhile, hip hop is fast paced, energetic, and usually seen as more “impressive” and groundbreaking when done correctly. On top of that, the younger generation is a main target audience for advertisers. So, using impressive hip hop moves to advertise something as simple as sofa may attract more younger viewers, just because the commercial’s dancing was remarkable. Of course, the negative impact of all of this is the erasure of other types of dance, and the overuse of the same commercial tactics.

Well because of my beliefs I feel very in tune with the earth and stuff and like everything has a spirit and energy and whatever. So because of my beliefs, I do have an "odd" relationship with God. I feel as if he helps me cause mischief  (little things, I'm not talking about robbing a bank people) and he doesn't mind me cussing that much and that he gets my humor (dark sometimes). So my views on dying are very hard to explain. I don't particularly believe we go to Heaven or H377, I feel as if it is more than that, ya know. I believe in spirit guides and in the universe and in synchronicities. So when we die we (the good people) go to somewhere greater than heaven, we become more. ( I think the bad people just kind of return to their natural state {spirit} and just kind of cease to exist on earth)
