It's human nature to make a judgement about someone when you first meet them, but did you know that people can formulate an opinion about you in less than 20 seconds! They are misleading however because some people take time to warm up and their personality may change after being around them for some time. I personally judge many people on my first impression of them but I try to keep an open mind.
