Understanding the Federal Justice System
Please choose the correct answer.
Which aspect of the federal judiciary
is specifically established in the
Constitution?
O The three-tiered structure of the
federal court system
O The Supreme Court's role as the
highest court in the land
O The number of justices serving
on the Supreme Court
The number of judges in the
entire federal court system

Answers

Answer:

O The Supreme Court's role as the

highest court in the land

Explanation:

Article III, Section I states that "The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish." Although the Constitution establishes the Supreme Court, it permits Congress to decide how to organize it.

Do you think it would be challenging to demonstrate compassion toward a hardened criminal, such as a serial killer? Explain.

Answers

Answer:

Yes it would.

Explanation:

A serial killer is someone who took the lives of other people basically a monster and showing compassion to monsters would be extremely difficult now wouldn't it.

Answer:

Would it be challenging for me to demonstrate ethical skills at work with a former criminal? I think I would have a hard time feeling comfortable around them, I would probably be more fearful around them rather than less compassionate. I might be afraid that they would decide to commit crimes and harm me, however I suppose if they were able to be released from prison then they must have been reformed and changed their ways for good. It would just be a case where I would slowly have to feel more comfortable around them over time. Not related but I would just like to point out that I believe in the reform process for most criminals however serial killers are an exception generally they have ASPD, most likely sociopathic disorder,  which cannot be changed through any sort of methods so they shouldn’t even be released in the first place.

When your brother steals your hot pocket so you succer punch him in the jaw

Justice is different for everyone, but mostly its the morally fair and right state of everything.

There are four different types of justice: distributive (determining who gets what), procedural (determining how fairly people are treated), retributive (based on punishment for wrong-doing) and restorative (which tries to restore relationships to "rightness.")
