[2] One way you can predict if a bond would be ionic or covalent based on the location of the elements on the periodic table is  to look how far apart the two atoms forming the bonds are in the periodic table. If one atom is on the far left (Group 1 or 2) and the other is on the far right (Group 5, 6, or 7), then the atoms will have large differences in EN and will form an ionic bond.

[3] You can predict if a bond would be ionic or covalent based on electronegativity is If the electronegativity difference is less than 0.5, then the bond is nonpolar covalent. If the ΔEN is between 1.6 and 2.0 and if a metal is involved, then the bond is considered ionic. If only nonmetals are involved, the bond is considered polar covalent.

[4] In Order for bonds to break in reactants Molecules must collide in order to react. In order to effectively initiate a reaction, collisions must be sufficiently energetic (kinetic energy) to break chemical bonds.

[5]  The height of an object affect the amount of gravitational potential energy it has by gravitational potential energy (P.E) depends on the mass of the body and the height at which it travels, the two quantities will therefore dictate the work done on the object which is eventually the same as  magnitude of the gravitational potential energy P.E. It is assumed that gravitational pull acts toward the earth surface. The more the object move upward the more the work is done on the object to pull it down. We can have different masses of object at different heights, but gravitational field strength will always remain constant on earth.Since the gravitational potential energy P.E depend on the mass of the body and the height at which it travels, the two quantities will therefore dictate the work done on the object which is eventually the same as  magnitude of the gravitational potential energy P.E.

[6] Kinetic energy is a form of energy that an object or a particle has by reason of its motion.Kinetic energy is a property of a moving object or particle and depends not only on its motion but also on its mass.

[7] The connection between kinetic energy and temperature is the relationship between temperature and kinetic energy is that the higher the temperature, the more kinetic energy there is. As the temperature increases, the average kinetic energy increases as does the velocity of the gas particles hitting the walls of the container.
